Are we legally allowed to sell these?

Regarding the Oral Peptides - how do we verify the supplier is legitimate?

Require a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent third-party lab for every batch. Check that the lab is accredited. Cross-reference the peptide sequence and purity levels. Any supplier who resists providing COAs is a red flag — walk away.

Can the FDA actually shut us down?

Yes. The most common triggers are health claims in your marketing, selling products the FDA has specifically actioned (like BPC-157), and customer complaints. Warning letters come first — but ignoring them leads to seizures and injunctions.

How do we accept payments without getting shut down?

You need a high-risk merchant account. Stripe and PayPal will terminate you eventually. We can help you get setup with a high risk merchant account processor. Expect higher fees — typically 3.5–5% — but stable processing.

What can we say in our marketing without breaking the law?

Stick to educational content — how peptides work, what research shows, mechanism of action. Never claim your product treats, cures, or prevents anything. "Studies suggest" is safer than "proven to." When in doubt, link to third-party research instead of making the claim yourself.
